Chains for an Average Woman is the title of a series of necklaces by Veronika Fabian. The jewelry is made up of small metal parts that create large chain links. A chain often has an overlooked role as the holder of a pendant, but Fabian's chains take their rightful place in the spotlight. They inspire respect and radiate weight, status that also rubs off on the wearer.

Fabian has a background in the financial industry as a risk analyst and her work touches on issues of capitalism and its impact on everyday life and identity.
